Dr. Shuo Kang became a member of DFP in 2021. After finishing his post-doctoral training at Feinberg School of Medicine in the Northwestern University, Dr. Kang joined a biotech start-up and gained experience in target validation, preclinical pharmacology/efficacy studies for developing new drugs.

Dr. Kang got his master’s degree in neuropharmacology from Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Ph.D. in neuroscience from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
